Who's Deplorable?

[This blog was written back when Sessions was still A.G. I had it as a draft ever since and I'm now getting around to publishing it.] So, Mousey Sessions talks shit about how the bible says that government can do no wrong because it is, after all, an agent of the Divine. Let's say for a moment that that is true. Doesn't he know that we are a democracy wherein the top bananas don't matter anywhere near as much as a monarch or dictator; rather, the will of the majority of the people is sacrosanct. In biblical times, people had to have faith that God would choose for them an able and compassionate ruler. It would make sense for St. Paul to promote blind followers because the occasional fickle ruler might be demanding their heads. Also, Paul was a tax collector so he might have been a little biased in his respect for the state; although, Jesus may have gotten the ball rolling by saying to his apostles--when the question came up about paying taxes--that they should "r...

Religion Touches the Sociopath

It wasn't my Catholic Pope that came to the rescue. I think it was that strongly worded Christian letter composed by A.G. Session's Methodist Church. In my humble estimation, the Methodist Church holds a greater claim to Christ's teachings than anything the so-called Christian Evangelicals could ever have. It was beautiful and majestic and from that point on, nothing would stop the taming of the President. Kudos to his wife, Melania, and daughter Ivanka for getting through to the hard-headed one; but, to Mr. Trump himself I say, get yourself a little angel on one of your shoulders. Let it be your daughter or your wife or let it be the Methodist Church's elders. At this point in your presidency and barring any damning evidence from Mr. Mueller, you can survive if you are willing to accept the value of empathy in your life. Abandon empathy and you abandon the greatness that has been sent your way. The Devil, Mr. President, has too much of your ear. I don't know mu...

Suicide is Painless. . .

It brings on many changes...These were lyrics from the hit TV show Mash about an army surgical unit during the Korean War. Yes, many would have benefited from Anthony Bourdain's survival. His young daughter, CNN, friends, and many associated with his hit show. However, it is evident that Bourdain himself was no longer benefiting from his continued existence. He had told his daughter that he had wanted to quit the show. In puerile but forgivable fashion, the daughter would have nothing to do with it; she loved her father in the limelight and he stupidly and lovingly obliged (filial love is the stuff of Hollywood, in my opinion). CNN, of course, had a hit show that had improved ratings for the station. Bourdain was under pressure--perhaps no more so than in his mind. He had wanted his girlfriend to direct more of his shows; maybe he saw in her a way to assuage the demands of a hit show on his. Unfortunately, he didn't even try to hire her because he felt that CNN would not fo...

Dis, Dat, and Da Udder Ding

When Giuliani said "...as a woman," he touched himself on the chest. Wasn't he photographed in drag with the Donald? We have to be kind to America's Mayor, though, being that he felt the blow of one of the largest beams of the WTC on 9/11. You can see the lasting effects of that fateful day by noting how his chin extends below his collarbone. That, folks, is the result of massive blunt force trauma. We can only hope that his brain can, one day, re-inflate to functioning levels. To his comments that Stormy Daniels had less humanity than anyone else in mendacious DC, I say that I agree with Brianna Keilor that his profession is commonly viewed as one that gives less bang for the buck while also being one of the oldest. The problem with an indefinite Mueller probe is that it starts looking more and more like a fishing expedition. I want to condemn a man by one or two egregious and verifiable acts, not on a litany of bits and pieces waiting to be called immaterial in a ...

Is Mr. Mueller a Figment of Everyone's Imagination?

I've just about had it! Getting some really interesting news about Mr.Trump on the MSM is akin to getting a messed up slot machine at Atlantic City that you play for hours for payouts that are just enough to let you say you "broke even." I'm tired of breaking even. CNN and MSNBC should kidnap Mueller and ask him, "alright fucker, what have you got already? We don't think your stint in Vietnam lasted this long! What, more accountants needed? Bring in Mnuchin, that fucker knows more than he lets on. Bring in Pruitt (but first lobotomize him--use Carson--he's not doing much of anything. Seriously folks, how many times do you have to watch and re-watch episodes of The Twilight Zone before you take out the bottle of the emetic and hope that whatever was making you sick could be made to issue forth like a "Linda Blair." I've learned nothing new about Mr. Trump that I didn't know one year ago. I have learned, however, that news is ALWAYS br...
