The Archaic Patent Office and It's better Days.

There was a time when patents were a good idea because it made an inventor more willing to share his invention with the world--in fact, the patent office insists that when you describe your invention, others should also be able to make it; just not make money off of that copying without a license from the inventor. So, you've invented something. You think it will make millions for you and benefit the World even though the latter is not a requirement. You produce the thing and find that someone has infringed on your patent before your product has even taken off. It cost you almost every spare penny you had. Now, you've got to mortgage your home because it is now up to you to sue and the courts now have to determine who really infringed on whom and what might you have done that invalidates the patent. Perhaps you left out a pertinent "prior art" that duped the patent office into giving you that patent [prior art must be acknowledged even though the USPTO has the best se...

Our Pandemic, Its Gaslighter, and Its Munchausener By Proxy

We know the gaslighter who, thankfully, only affects the MAGA base. The MAGA are just as smart as anyone else so one has to say that they willingly allow themselves to be gaslighted. There's nothing that can be done. The person afflicted with Munchausen's Syndrome by Proxy is none other than our esteemed Dr. Anthony Fauci. I remember reacting incredulously when the news reported that Tony was receiving death threats. I couldn't make heads or tails out of it until my Son and I started discussing the provenance of the Novel Coronavirus. The origin fell at the good doctor's doorstep. https://www.newsweek.com/dr-fauci-backed-controversial-wuhan-lab-millions-us-dollars-risky-coronavirus-research-1500741 When you have the gaslighter confusing the heck out of everything and when you add Mr. Bannon to the mix, you soon realize that the "gain-of-function" work promoted by Dr. Fauci was his way of becoming a hero to the U.S.--if not the world--by unleashing a monster wh...

Covid-18 Deaths in the Elderly may be due to Insufficient Fever

"The immune system doesn’t function as efficiently in older adults as it does in younger people. The body's fever response to infection is not always automatic in elderly people. More than 20 percent of adults over age 65 who have serious bacterial infections do not have fevers." From  Fevers in Adults  article. While the classically trained MD just shoves breathing tubes down patient's throats, they may do better by raising body temperature in cases where the fever response to Covid-19 is not as high as it should be. There are many drugs that increase temperature; interestingly enough, hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin are listed as two of them.  See the list here Possible support for this theory may come from an analysis of elderly deaths in the tropics. Here, being that the ambient temperature is already high, the elderly may have less work to do to get their temperatures into fever range. I started researching this angle when--in daily temperature readings...

Dis, Dat, and Da Udder Ding

When Giuliani said "...as a woman," he touched himself on the chest. Wasn't he photographed in drag with the Donald? We have to be kind to America's Mayor, though, being that he felt the blow of one of the largest beams of the WTC on 9/11. You can see the lasting effects of that fateful day by noting how his chin extends below his collarbone. That, folks, is the result of massive blunt force trauma. We can only hope that his brain can, one day, re-inflate to functioning levels. To his comments that Stormy Daniels had less humanity than anyone else in mendacious DC, I say that I agree with Brianna Keilor that his profession is commonly viewed as one that gives less bang for the buck while also being one of the oldest. The problem with an indefinite Mueller probe is that it starts looking more and more like a fishing expedition. I want to condemn a man by one or two egregious and verifiable acts, not on a litany of bits and pieces waiting to be called immaterial in a ...
