Chicago Police 'Black Site' Courtesy of Birds of a Feather

So, Rahm Emanuel leaves the WH to become Chicago's mayor. Oddly, his old boss ran on the closing of Gitmo and here is Rahm "it down our throats" Emanuel setting up his own private little Gitmo in Chicago. What gives? I'll tell you what gives. Barack Obama was convinced by the MIC that a Gitmo of sorts was needed to contain protestors possibly on the pretense that terrorists might have infiltrated activist organizations in the U.S. But is this really believable because why would any terrorist join a social cause in the U.S. and how does that terrorist expect to gain by the association? It's all bull. The real target of such 'black sites' is the U.S. patriot. This bull started with HR347* that was modified to conform with present day scenarios. As a result of that bill protestors were no longer required to be brought before a Federal Court and the venue that would take over was something like a 'black site' to put the fear of God into the protestor...

HR 347, a bill that only Assad could like.

If you are part of an Occupy Wall Street demonstration and you block access to a building or grounds where the President so much as intends to visit, you can be fined and imprisoned for 10 years. It also pertains not just to the President but to any person whom the Secret Service is authorized to protect and who has not specifically declined protection. (You can be jailed if  Obama, Clinton's daughter or--within 120 days of November-- Romney, Santorum, or Gingrich  are visiting or intend to visit; but not Ron Paul as he has declined SS protection.) One section that was deleted is that requiring that prosecution be done in the Federal court where the offense took place. This means that the gov't can now take you to Gitmo if it so pleases. Are you starting to see how tyranny is taking a hold on our society thanks to the "constitutional" scholar we call our President. The other deleted section by its deletion, implies that this law can, by default, supersede any state...

Sotomayor's a shoe-in

It's hilarious to see the confirmation hearings. You see, the government wants someone like Sotomayor who, as Chuck Schumer has said, has voted with the government in over 90% of her decisions. That is what most in government want. Just like Roosevelt wanted the court to support his Japanese Internment activities and the incumbent Bush wanted to win the election, today's government couldn't give a rat's ass about the rights of the people. The only reason Soto voted against the white firefighters was that she was voting FOR the municipal government's decision. She really has no judicial philosophy other than the right of government to do as it pleases and the people be damned. Where government is not involved (baseball leagues), she might be useful. Overall, however, she would be a sad addition to the court but what else can we expect in a goody two-shoes suck-up candidate. But then, she would not have gotten where she is today if she had not sucked up to those in po...

Single PAYOR

I hear the President Obama has chickened out of allowing all options on the table. Speculation runs wild on what lobbyist did this to him-- oh, don't tell me it was not a lobbyist! My guess is that the A.M.A said, "Yo, who you gonna call when the girls get sick?" and, "You want to do what to our cash cow?" Why do I say this? Because, any increase in efficiency is a decrease in their fees. President Obama, we did not elect you to be manipulated by unseen forces. What I mean is, we'll be here for you if you tell us you can't think straight because those forces are overwhelming.

Barack the boat

Well, I did my part. I campaigned for the man in PA. It was a wonderful experience made possible by friendly people in the Slate Belt of PA and beautiful automnal colors. The weather was, thankfully, cool for it's hilly country and I'm dreadfully overweight these days. Luckily for tongue-tied me, Patricia, a veteran campaigner (her second trip to a battleground state) took me under her wing and gave the opening schpiel while I stood backup. On the bus, I was interviewed by Lizzie Widdicombe, a lovely journalist from the New Yorker Magazine. How I managed to say anything meaningful to her, I just don't know but she very graciously wrote me up in her online article. Damn! I had so much more to say to her. What's up with my verbal brain anyway. On the way back home from the Port Authority, I was stopped by an African-American who wanted to know where I got the Obama sign I was carrying--he was disappointed to learn he would have to go to PA to get one. Obama ran a great fu...

Obama bashing by email

This was an email sent to me by my sister-in-law. My comments are in italics. This was written by someone who is deathly afraid of a half Black man running the country. It is full of specious arguments aimed at instilling fear in people who are easily swayed because they themselves hate Blacks. See notes with each comment: The Obama Tidal Wave We are witnessing a political phenomenon of rare magnitude with Barack Obama. His speeches have inspired millions, and yet most of his followers have no idea of what he stands for &n bsp;except platitudes of "Change" or that he says he will be a "Uniter". The power of speech from a charismatic person truly can be a powerful thing; Certainly, Billy Graham had charisma, and both his manner of speech and particularly the content, changed millions. On the extreme other ha nd, the charisma of Adolph Hitler inspired millions and the results were catastro...

Typical Whiteness

What morons they are to attack someone with far greater intelligence than most pundits. All it showed is how imprecise language could be and how you often have to search for context. Obama explained that his White Grandmother was a "typical White" only insofar as a White might view a Black stereotypically. He could have said "typical Black" and meant the same thing, however. I have encountered many Blacks who have given me the benefit of a doubt (that I am not bigoted) but just one iota of a transgression, unintentional or otherwise, and I'm lumped into their "typical White" category--all of a sudden, I'm out for their demise. This is not different, of course, from what a White would do if a Black acted "typically Black" just once and to any degree. I greatly admire Obama for tackling the issues that come up in his campaign. He's one great lawyer to be able to deliver closing arguments to a jury of millions and to do it with coolness ...
