#1 Keep your mask clean and be careful to keep the outside of the mask outside if your mask is reversible. On today's The View, Whoopi was quick to condemn a Texan congressman who said he could have gotten his infection from wearing a mask. Even if  you don't wear the mask inside-out, you can still breathe in virus by handling the mask incorrectly. I know of no substance that will bind with those spikes on the virus and never let go. Be safe; clean your mask if washable or use a new one everyday if you can afford it OR get yourself a UV disinfecting light that you can use to keep your mask free of viable virus with the added benefit that you might just vaccinate yourself with the, now, inactivated virus. You've heard that being in an enclosed space is particularly dangerous but if that space is heavily air-conditioned, you incur additional risk because the virus was made to float better in dense cold air. POTUS' Hydroxychloroquine 'Voodoo' Doctor may be on to something.

Not about hydroxychloroquine although some covid patients may benefit. I'm referring to her theory that nightmares cause women to develop uterine diseases. I believe she's on to something because recently it occurred to me that nightmares may be a means of communication between the body, the subconscious, and the conscious mind. So, it's not that nightmares cause cause bodily problems; it's that bodily problems elicit nightmares or freaky dreams. My personal anecdote is this: at times in the past when I've drank too many beers too close to bedtime, I've wet my bed. This has led my subconscious to try to wake me up before any more 'accidents.' On several occasions, I've dreamt that I was prevented from urinating at public or other bathrooms. I would dream that if I used a urinal, for example, that the urinal was constructed in such a way that the urine would spray back at me no matter how carefully I aimed.
