Andrew Cuomo should be the coronavirus czar.

He's verbose but after listening to him, you are left with many fewer unanswered questions and you feel a little better about humanity and it's governments. Too bad he can't be on the national stage. I applaud his order to have healthcare workers tested ASAP for antibody titres. This would save enormously on PPE's because those who test positive for antibodies to covid-19 can treat patients without extensive PPE.

Governor, this relates to your concern over the lack of social distancing you've observed in the youth: There is a message which is not being promulgated to the youth. In a previous post, I told how the virus infects and how it damages ALL lungs. Here it is in a nutshell: the virus attaches to ACE-2 receptors in the lung. Both virus and ACE-2 receptors get sucked into the cell. Because you've lowered the ACE-2 receptors on the cell surface, events are set in motion that result in less lung surfactant and greater lung fibrosis. Lung surfactant can return but the fibrosis is permanent and will follow you the rest of your life--you'll never again breathe as well, and it will adversely affect everything physical you now enjoy doing.

The youth of our nation must be informed that yes, they'll probably survive but NOT WITHOUT PERMANENT DAMAGE to their lungs.

Why was Comey fired? He towered over Trump, that's why. It's a no-no. That other dude that knew his job well was tall, and I suspect the administration knew all the time of his spousal abuse history but it only became a problem for him when his height got on the president's nerve, OUT. This height obsession is a conflation of the President's own tallness and NY real estate where the bigger the edifice, the bigger your status. I Doubt My Mother-in-Law will ever get Covid Even at 90+

You see, she has never been a germaphobe and that means her immune system is tip top. When you're not a germaphobe, you subject yourself to all manner of germs that immunize you against similar organisms. My German mother-in-law cleans her home meticulously but she has no compunction with sticking her hands into the sewer and unclogging it by hand. "But Midge, I have a snake for that. Ah, what's the big deal, she says to me." Never argue with your mother-in-law. When your mother tells you to wash your hands before supper, is she doing you a disfavor? I think so. In countries with many parasites or in our present pandemic, you want to wash them off your hands but, if not, you want lots and lots of germs to keep your immune system on guard.
